1. Do we have a physical shop?
No, currently we are headquartered in the digital domain and do not operate from brick-and-mortar stores.

 

2. How do I place an order? 
Browse through the website to view various categories and collection. Click on the product image and go through the product details. If you wish to buy the product please click on “Add to Cart”. Product will be added to the cart. Cart can be seen in upper right corner. If you want to add more products please click on “Continue Shopping” else proceed to “order now” for entering shipping details and choosing payment method.

 

3. Do I need an account at inklime.com?
Yes!

Sign up to take advantage of these privileges:

  • view the order status and purchase history
  • no need to enter your data for next purchases
  • possibility to receive discounts and discount codes

 

4. Colors of the products, are they accurate?

We make sure that images are as real as possible without any special effects. But colors may slightly vary on various screens (mobiles / laptops / desktops). Please be aware of it.

 

5. Dimensions of the product, are they mentioned?
For most of the products, sizes will be mentioned in detail. Please refer to the size, description and material section on the product specific pages that get opened after you click on the product image. If you do not see size details or have any queries around the size, please reach out to us before confirming the order and we will help you with the exact size details at the earliest possible.

 

6. How do I pay?
We accept all debit and credit cards issued in India. You can pay by net banking or through select wallets (PayU & Paytm ) as well. You can also pay cash on delivery of your order; however there will be a convenience fee charged for this service. It’s a fixed fee irrespective of value of the order. This fee is charged by our courier partners for cash handling.

 

7. I do not have Paytm or PayU wallet, still can I pay online?
Yes! Paytm and PayU are our payment getaways to pay using your own card or net banking. Please note both getaways are totally verified and 100% secured to pay online.

 

8. Do I get to know the shipping details?
Yes. 24 hours after we ship your order, we will mail you the tracking details and you can track your own shipment.

 

9. I cannot connect to your helpline number OR my call went unanswered.
Our helpline number is available from Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 6 pm. In case your call goes unanswered for multiple times; WhatsApp on the same number. Sometimes it gets practically difficult to handle calls at peak hours. With your support, we hope to get bigger and have a dedicated helpline team real soon.

10. Do we accept returns? Or do we replace / exchange / refund.

12. I want to resell your jewellery. How do we go about it?

14. Is shipping free?
For all prepaid orders shipping is INR 50 from August 1st 2017.
For COD (Cash on delivery) orders , current charges are INR 199 for shipping plus cash handling. It’s a flat rate irrespective of your order value. (Order size equal to or above INR 2000 is eligible for COD)
