The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. It takes around 7 to 10 business days to deliver an order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges are only allowed if the product is wrongfully delivered, i.e. product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation, or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, in which case we will re-fulfill your order with the same or similar product after review of the wrong delivery/quality/ manufacturing defect within a specific time frame.

Share your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
We cannot allow Returns & Exchanges under any other circumstances. Customers are requested to verify and review order(s) including colours, sizes, quantities, etc. of textiles /garments /objects before placing the order. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.
